In the M.A. program in Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution, Julian focuses on topics such as new versus old wars, hybrid warfare, terrorism, propaganda, and their socio-political and psychological effects. His seminar papers explore these concepts using Israel as a case study, reflecting his interest in understanding contemporary conflict dynamics and their broader implications.

Anagha Menon
Anagha Menon holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Psychology from CMR University, Bangalore, India.
In the M.A. program in Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution, she is particularly interested in negotiation and mediation as tools for resolving conflicts at all levels, especially international conflicts. Her research interests also include peace-building processes and the role of the United Nations in global conflict resolution. Anagha plans to write her seminar paper on the integration and socio-cultural lives of Cochin Jewish immigrants in Israel, combining her interest in conflict resolution with social and cultural studies.

Mark Geskey
Mark Geskey earned his B.A. in International Studies from the University of South Florida and an M.A. in National Security Studies from the American Military University.
In the M.A. program in Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution, Mark focuses on studying past international conflicts to draw lessons for resolving current protracted conflicts. He plans to write his seminar paper on the challenges veterans face when reintegrating into civilian society after combat service, combining his interests in conflict resolution, security studies, and social reintegration.

Aliza Gold
Aliza Gold earned her B.A. with a major in German Studies, a minor in Hebrew and Israel Studies, and a certification in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
She is currently enrolled in the M.A. program in Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution as well as the specialization in Gender Studies. Aliza is particularly interested in social and identity-based conflicts and the processes of conflict transformation, such as dialogue. She is conducting research for her thesis on the experiences, emotions, and dilemmas of Palestinian civilians in the Old City of Jerusalem under Israeli security and surveillance, examining the everyday realities shaped by conflict and control.

In the M.A. program in Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution, Dominik focuses on the relationships between local civil society and international politics, as well as post-colonial perspectives on the interaction of peacebuilding and political economy. Drawing on his experience as a social worker in Berlin and Jordan, he is interested in connecting academic research with practical applications.
His seminar paper explores the (re-)production of specific framings of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by non-state actors, analyzed through the lens of Cultural Political Economy.
