The Swiss center for Conflict Resolution study program includes a research track, in which students complete a thesis during their two years of studies, under the supervision of senior staff members in the program. These students receive scholarships in accordance with their progression.
Since 2015 two outstanding research PhD/post-doctoral students receive the Hans Guth Dreyfus fellowship. Each fellow receives 5,750 $ per year, which enables the young researchers to pursue research on psychological, sociological and political aspects of conflict management and resolution.
In addition, currently seven doctoral students studying in the Swiss center and many others have completed their PhD within the framework of the Center during its years of operation; some of them joined the faculty members of the Hebrew University and other universities in the country and around the world.
